Cut tomato into thin slices.
Step 2
Finely chop garlic.
Step 3
Cut spinach leaves into small pieces.

Whisk eggs in a bowl and add salt.

Pour olive oil into a hot pan and lightly sauté tomatoes (on each side) and then add garlic.

After tomatoes and garlic are sautéed, pour whisked eggs, and cover the pan.

After eggs begin to cook, add spinach leaves, and cover the pan.
