Spinach and feta work so well together and somehow they always seem to be lurking in the fridge. It tastes delicious and a little variation on your staples makes everyone very happy.

Ingredients: flour, spinach, feta, Bulgari, Mozzarella, milk, baking powder, eggs, butter, olive oil, salt, parmesan, dill, herbes de Provence.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a bowl combine the following ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Step 2
Add the milk.
Step 3
Melt the butter, then add it.

Or add olive oil.
Step 4
Whisk 2 eggs and add them to the bowl.
Step 5
Prepare the grated cheeses and add them to the bowl.
Step 6
Make sure the spinach is drained and add it to the mix.
Step 7
Mix everything together well.
Step 8
Lather some olive oil on the cooking tray, and pour the mix in it.
Step 9
Drop the Parmesan cheese on top.
Step 10
Place the tray in the preheated oven to cook for 35 - 45 minutes.
